Spence Clarke S.L. is engaged in the profession of Chartered Accountancy and practices in the name of Spence Clarke & Co. The accountancy practice was established in 1985 in Marbella, Spain. We are registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also with the equivalent Spanish tax and accountancy institute.
The practice specialises in the provision of Spanish tax, legal and accountancy services and provides tax consultancy and tax planning to, in the main, the non Spanish community of the Costa del Sol and elsewhere in Spain, covering all areas of Spanish tax, tax planning and accountancy obligations.
We are organised with a traditional management hierarchy of a large accountancy firm with partners, technical managers, technical staff and administrative staff, comprising tax accountants, tax consultants and tax planning specialists. The senior partner is an FCA and has been a practicing accountant for more than 30 years.
At Spence Clarke & Co. we understand that it is never straightforward to do business or deal with personal tax affairs in a foreign country. Our mission is to make things as easy as possible. The firm has been throughout one of the very few tax and accountancy businesses located in southern Spain, fully authorised to practice by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is one of the largest independent accountancy practices in the Costa del Sol.
