What a couple of days they were, I am of course referring to the Fore Business Golf days held on 9 and 10 November 2021, the former being played at the wonderful La Cala Europa course and the latter played at the equally wonderful La Cala America course.
Spence Clarke was represented by Miguel Angel Blanca Prieto, a very enthusiastic and competent golfer, despite his handicap!
Andalucia came up trumps with blue, sunny skies accompanied by a refreshing mild breeze.
Fore Business had organized the events to encourage their British members to come and play in this beautiful part of the world. The whole event was very well represented with many players coming from both the UK and here in Spain.
Both days were successful and the comments in the bar and restaurant at the end of each round, evidenced this with many singing the praises of not only the Golf Club La Cala but also the exceptional organizational skills of the Fore Business team.
The two days ended with a sumptuous Dinner, where golfers could bring along a non golfing partner, Miguel Angel, was joined by his beautiful wife Ana, they both thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Miguel Angel, tells me it was not only a great fun golfing event, despite his scorecard readings……but a very useful marketing experience, as he was able to chat to practically all those attending and this resulted in some very useful business contacts being made.
