San Roque Golf Club, Wednesday 12 April 2023

Raised € 7,620

It was a great honour to be one of the main sponsors for this special Cudeca event. Simon and Esther treated us extremely well and when Simon Ness introduced Spence Clarke in his speech, apart from saying how good we were, he also mentioned his positive personal experience with us.

This is a very busy period for Spence Clarke & Co. so being able to participate in such a marvellous charity event was much appreciated and rewarding for both Alicia and Claudia who represented the company.

“We both enjoyed spending time with you, Esther and the rest of your group. Thank you for helping us fold the banner, what a nightmare!!”

Claudie Vargas Puccio

“I must say I particularly enjoyed Esther’s speech, as my father passed away almost two years ago and Cudeca supported us at home, so I know first-hand that they do an amazing job helping people in their last days of life.”

Alicia Jiménez Ruiz

Esther explained how the 7,620 € raised by the event would be used to alleviate the suffering of cancer patients during their final days.

The Cudeca Foundation do an amazing job providing palliative care in the province of Malaga, and, all the staff at Spence Clarke & Co are really pleased to have been part of this event knowing that we will be contributing to the excellent work of Cudeca.

Cudeca Player of the Year Competition

This unique charity golf competition on the Costa del Sol is open to golf societies and groups using GolfInfo.com – the leading website for golf day management and results. The competition is powered by the rounds players play for their society.

By donating just €10 players have the chance to experience the best 2 days of golf in Europe at The San Roque Club and the Grand Final venue, Real Club Valderrama.

The competition is run annually entirely for the benefit of charity. Golfinfo.com taking absolutely no costs or no commissions. There are only two simple ways money is raised:

  1. Sponsor donations made directly to the charity
  2. Players donate €10 to enter the competition either online or in person at an event

By supporting the Cudeca Player of the Year, sponsors gained exposure to 6 of the most popular golf societies on the Costa del Sol in one simple way, whilst supporting a great cause. The beauty of the competition is the hard work is already done by the players and the organisers. Golfinfo.com unlocks the potential of 1,000s players posting their scores on one platform, to in turn raise €1,000s for charity.

For the next edition we hope to welcome 6 new societies and groups to the competition, seeing it double in size. If you play in or organise a group of 20+ regularly playing golfers and want to get involved, please contact charity@golfinfo.com
